Friendship Homes

Friendship Homes Inc. of Montevideo is one of Montevideo's largest employers with a workforce of 240+ people employed. We at Potter Electric Co. have done the major part of their electrical service and maintenance work for several years. They are continually adding and upgrading their plants to maintain the safest and most productive plants in the industry.

Their building complex covers many acres of land with several types of buildings. They build modular houses from the wheels complete to the roof ridge. There market area for this plant covers the whole upper Midwest. Along with their Indiana plant, Friendship Homes is one of the major Mobil Home builders in the nation.

Shutting down the plants only for major remodeling or Holidays they are a major asset to the Montevideo area.
